For the time being, materials are accepted until two weeks prior to publication, so the 15th of the month prior to publication date. For the September/October issue, this means 15 August 2020 is the next deadline. Next SkySailor Submit your articles by 15 August 2020. Matt Rosser, Administrator XCAustralia New Products Nova Mentor 6 Light in XXXS Nova adds the XXXS version (55 to 70kg all up) to the already available four sizes of the Mentor 6 Light. The new smallest size is not just a down scaled version, but has a different trim and line at- tachment points. Toni Bender worked intensively on optimising the wing, and explains: “It was not enough for us to simply pass the flight tests to get the certification. We wanted the XXXS to meet the performance standards and XC suit- ability of its bigger brothers. Now we are really happy with it: the XXXS is a true Mentor and will enable lightweight pilots to aim for these really long FAI triangles.” The Mentor 6 Light XXXS is available from July 2020 and weighs in at 3.3kg.
