Daniel Deal Bardos, Red Bull Illume LeGPSBIP Solar Vario from Stodeus France A new zero lag, instantaneous audio vario that integrates barometric, gyro and accelerometer sensors to produce a much more sensitive vario without the time lag of traditional barometric varios. This gives an instant improvement to your climbing and coring ability. Furthermore, the GPSBIP is solar powered with an internal battery that produces more power than it needs, it will never run out of juice and can also feed data to a phone or tablet instrument so these have far more sensitive vario data. The vocal readout is also a great new feature, whereby a double tap of the unit casing transmits height, speed and other critical data in a spoken form. All in a package of 35g and smaller than a box of matches. This type of super sensitive, instantaneous vario should be the primary climbing vario, it will never run out of power, so you audio feedback will never change.
